The paddles are treated with oil. This surface is very comfortable to hold, no blisters, even on long trips.
The paddles have soft but marked shoulders.
These paddles can also be delivered as take a part models, using the same unique hexagonal joint system, as in the carbon paddles.

Two part paddle. The joint is made of carbon. Note that also the joint joint is oval and flush 100% with the wooden part of the handle. The joint is made with an inner hexagon, which is locked with a spring loaded knob. Simple and durable. Because of the hexagon, there is no veil in the joints over time. Produced in red and yellow cedar, with edges in Siberian larch. The paddle is composed of a total of 13 carefully adapted pieces of wood. The handle is a 32x36mm / 1,25 x 1,4” oval, 55cm / 22” wide.
