Pricing
At Gram Kajak, we make reservations for any errors in our prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.
Payment options
Gram Kajak accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, JCB, American Express, Bank Transfer. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. moms. Subject to price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Gram Kajak strives to ship orders received before 10 a.m. the same day, orders after that are shipped the next business day if the item is in stock. Alternatively, delivery time is stated
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping rates from 25 kr. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when placing the order.
Your goods are shipped with Post Nord, GLS, UPS and in special cases with another and cheapest carrier.
Note: If there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup location and you will be notified. If you have any problems, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
For certain items, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these goods.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. Gram Kajak will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
Reimbursement
In case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from that day;
– Where you receive the order.
– Receives the last item in physical possession in the case of a multiple item deal, ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several batches.
– Receives the last lot or last part in physical possession in the case of a delivery agreement for goods consisting of several lots/parts.
– The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time.
Return costs are at your own expense.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at [email protected]. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item to us, you must send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
– Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal is broken after delivery.
– Goods that due to their nature become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the seal has been broken.
– Non-financial services provided where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service has been fully performed.
– Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the consumer thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, journals or magazines, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements made at public auction.
– Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.
Reimbursement
If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us, minus a 20% fee
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the price of the goods will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.
