Model 9301 has an interchangeable tip. The tip holder is designed as an integrated part of the paddle, not glued into the blade. This eliminates the risk of leaks.
Model 9301 is slightly wider, 88 mm, than Greenlandic paddles usually are. This, in conjunction with an almost flat tip area, provides increased power, but still with the characteristics of the Greenlandic paddle. It is very smooth in the water and has a very clear feedback. Unlike other carbon paddles, this one doesn’t get slippery when wet due to its special surface. The surface is not rough, so no blisters, it just has high friction, like a wooden paddle.
The handle is oval 31x35mm.
The soft shoulders make it easy to shift the paddle while still having the feeling of where the blade starts.
The joint is designed as a hexagonal tube that locks with a simple snap lock.
Separated, the longest part is equal to half paddle length plus 7 cm.

Two part paddle. The joint is made of carbon. Note that also the joint joint is oval and flush 100% with the wooden part of the handle. The joint is made with an inner hexagon, which is locked with a spring loaded knob. Simple and durable. Because of the hexagon, there is no veil in the joints over time. Produced in red and yellow cedar, with edges in Siberian larch. The paddle is composed of a total of 13 carefully adapted pieces of wood. The handle is a 32x36mm / 1,25 x 1,4” oval, 55cm / 22” wide.
